Course Outline

Course Outline

The course will consist of 5 Zoom calls. Each zoom call will be a 2-hour lesson accompanied by somatic movement practices, erotic rituals, and sharing circles. Participants will be in the community together and have access to Rotana in a secure and private text thread.

GENERAL COURSE OUTLINE

WEEK #1  - Holding your energetic Field

In this session, we come back to the body as our sacred vessel to move and process dense energies and emotions. We unleash our primal animal and learn how to hold our energetic field with integrity and responsibility. 

WEEK #2 - Reclaiming the Erotic

In this session, we dive deep into the Erotic. What does the erotic truly mean? What is its importance in our lives? Why is it so repressed? How do we awaken it in our bodies?

week #3 - Integrating Yoni and Heart

In this session, we integrate into our wholeness by connecting our erotic life force with our heart, two energies that have been purposely separated. We reclaim our wholeness by integrating them back together. 

week #4 - break

Participants will still have access to Rotana through the text thread during this time.

week #5 - PLEASURE AND DESIRE

In this session, we learn about the sacredness of desire. How it is a holy compass that you must trust. We learn about and practice nonsexual and sexual pleasure. We learn how to integrate cultural and systemic blocks keeping us from accessing our desire and pleasure. 

week #6 - Death and Rebirth

In this session, we explore and surrender to the divine processes of death and rebirth as elemental tenants of the erotic.
